Michelle Carbone is the senior vice president of operations for ¶Ä³¡ÓÎÏ·ÖÖÀà

Michelle joined ¶Ä³¡ÓÎÏ·ÖÖÀà as a financial analyst for R&D, progressed through several roles as a finance director supporting Professional Services, Marketing, and Sales, and was then promoted to vice president of sales operations for ¶Ä³¡ÓÎÏ·ÖÖÀ࡯s largest business unit. As head of this group, she transformed it into Strategic Revenue Operations, a modern function covering global sales operations, sales enablement, automation and analytics, and the revenue office, which encompasses renewals, best practices and the deal desk. While in these roles, she was a key contributor to the company¡¯s transition from public to private in 2013, and in the ownership transition to KKR in 2018.

Additionally, Michelle oversees ¶Ä³¡ÓÎÏ·ÖÖÀ࡯s Security and Business Continuity functions, and she is executive sponsor for ¶Ä³¡ÓÎÏ·ÖÖÀ࡯s Women in Technology and Business group, a grassroots initiative which promotes networking, growth, education, and community outreach. She is also an executive sponsor and personal supporter for ¶Ä³¡ÓÎÏ·ÖÖÀ࡯s participation in Susan G. Komen.

Michelle has a bachelor¡¯s degree in business administration and accounting from Houston Baptist University.

Martyn Etherington was named senior vice president and chief marketing officer of ¶Ä³¡ÓÎÏ·ÖÖÀà, in August 2022.

Before joining ¶Ä³¡ÓÎÏ·ÖÖÀà, Martyn was the executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Teradata, Inc. He was responsible for strategic marketing, brand and reputation management, digital and social media, customer demand generation, influencer marketing, public relations, communications, and customer experiences. During his time at Teradata, he led the company through a brand, marketing, and cloud transformation.

In prior roles, Martyn was also the chief marketing officer for Cisco/Jasper where he was responsible for driving global marketing. He has also served in marketing leadership roles at Danaher and IBM.

He is a marketing transformer who builds world-class, global brands and teams. With a focus on sales alignment, he has consistently delivered tangible and measurable results that contribute to overall company growth. Martyn is an advisory board member of Sa?d Business School, University of Oxford, Wharton Customer Analytics, and the Chief Marketing Officer Council.

Sofia Barbosa is the chief customer officer at ¶Ä³¡ÓÎÏ·ÖÖÀà, where she leads global Customer Success, driving strategic growth, retention, and value realization for customers worldwide.

With deep expertise in professional services, value realization, education, and partner success, she has built and scaled high-impact post-sales organizations, enhancing customer engagement and accelerating business outcomes.

Prior to ¶Ä³¡ÓÎÏ·ÖÖÀà, Sofia was the global vice president of Professional Services at OutSystems, where she led services and value realization functions in a high-growth, scale-up environment. Before that, she spent a decade at Fujitsu Global, holding various leadership roles across support, operations, and managed services, ultimately leading a global service delivery organization.

A champion of innovation and inclusive leadership, Sofia is recognized for her expertise in change management, risk mitigation, and customer-centric strategies that drive measurable impact.

Based in Lisbon, Portugal, Sofia holds a bachelor¡¯s degree from Universidade T¨¦cnica de Lisboa and has participated in post-graduate and advanced management programs at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, Universidade Cat¨®lica Portuguesa, and IPAM.
